Privacy Policy
Infinity Travel by BaLinda Taylor, MSN, RN is a personal vacation-planning service, so the information you share here stays personal. This page explains in plain words exactly what is collected when you use this site, where it is stored, who is able to see it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
The short version
- Your name, email, phone and trip details are stored in BaLinda's private Infinity Travel booking portal — not in a spreadsheet, not in a shared inbox.
- Only BaLinda can open that portal. Visitors and other members cannot look up another person's request, email or booking.
- We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not put it in front of advertisers.
- Emails and texts are only for things you asked for — a reply, a quote, or the deal alerts you signed up for. Every message tells you how to stop it, and one email from you deletes your record.
Who we are
Infinity Travel is BaLinda Taylor, MSN, RN — a nurse-led, luxury-certified travel advisor working under the brand Infinity Travel at infinitytravel.life. When this page says "we," it means BaLinda and the private booking portal behind this site.
What we collect, and when
Nothing is collected behind your back. Each line below is tied to something you do:
You send a message from the contact page
Collected: Your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and the message you typed.
You send trip details from the Florida page or request a quote
Collected: Your name, email, phone if given, destination, travel dates, number of travelers, budget if you share one, and any notes.
You use the beach matchmaker
Collected: The beach picks you chose, who is traveling, and your best-match town — plus your name and email if you ask BaLinda to plan it.
You chat with NOVA, the AI concierge
Collected: The trip details you tell her, so she can prepare a quote request for BaLinda. NOVA never makes up prices or availability.
You sign up for deal alerts or the newsletter
Collected: Your email address, the kinds of trips you want to hear about, and the highest price you would pay if you set one.
You create a free member account
Collected: Your email address, the name you signed up with, and how you signed in (email and password, or Google or Apple).
You book a trip
Collected: Your trip record: destination, dates, traveler count, price paid and still owed, deposit and balance dates, and the confirmation number.
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or passport information on this site.
Where your information is stored
Requests, quotes and bookings are held in the Infinity Travel booking portal — a private, access-controlled database that this site reads from. Each trip request is saved as a record with your name, contact details, what you asked about, and the date it came in. Your member account is stored separately, with a password that is scrambled (hashed) rather than written down in plain text.
Trip confirmations and payment receipts also sit in your email, so you always have a copy even if you stop using the site.
Who can see it
BaLinda is the only person with access to the full portal. The screens that show trip requests, replies and bookings are owner-only: a signed-in visitor who is not BaLinda is turned away automatically, and a stranger without an account never sees them at all.
Your trip records are not visible to other members. When you look up your own booking or open your trip portal, the site checks that the record belongs to the email you are signed in with before it shows anything — so nobody can browse someone else's travel.
How we use your information
- To answer your question and reply personally — usually within one business day.
- To prepare real trip options, dates and pricing for the trip you asked about.
- To hold your trip details while you decide, so you do not have to start the form again.
- To send follow-up emails about a request you made, and deal alerts you signed up for that fit the price and trip types you chose.
- To keep your trip portal current: countdown, itinerary, deposits and balance due.
- To keep accurate records of trips booked and payments made, for your protection.
We do not use your details to decide what to charge you, we do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not send your information to data brokers.
Booking details specifically
When a trip becomes a booking, the record holds the traveler's name and email, the destination and dates, how many people are traveling, the total price, what has been paid as a deposit, when the balance is due, the confirmation number, and BaLinda's planning notes (cabin, hotel, flights).
Those details exist for one reason: to protect your trip. They let BaLinda watch your reservation, catch a schedule change or a fare drop, send reminders before payment is due, and speak for you if something goes wrong.
When a reservation is placed, the cruise line, resort, airline or tour operator that fulfills it receives the traveler information it needs to hold your booking — and is bound by its own privacy policy. BaLinda's private booking portal is never used to market a supplier's products on their behalf.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers, security codes and bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this site's servers — Infinity Travel only keeps the fact that a payment was made, when, and for how much, so your deposit and balance are tracked correctly.
Your $25 consultation fee and any trip payments are never used to enroll you in anything automatic or recurring.
Emails and texts you receive
Every message you get from Infinity Travel comes from something you started: a request you sent, a quote you asked for, or a deal alert you signed up for. Marketing emails are never sent to someone who did not ask for them, and no message is sent by an automated system that pretends to be a person.
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Click it and your follow-ups stop right away. You can also reply to any message and say "please stop" — that is honored the same day.
Text messages
Texts are sent only if you explicitly asked for them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking a trip.
Visits to this site
The pages that show daily deals keep a simple count of how many times the page was opened, and how many of those visits turned into a new member signing up. This tells BaLinda whether the deals she posts are actually helping people — it is not used to follow you around the internet, and it is never shown to other visitors.
If you are signed in, a visit is linked to your own account so the count is accurate. If you are not signed in, it is recorded as an anonymous visit with no name, email or device profile attached.
Who your information is shared with
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only in these cases:
- The supplier fulfilling your trip — a cruise line, resort, airline or tour operator — receives the traveler details needed to make and protect your reservation.
- The trusted services that run the plumbing behind the site: secure sign-in, email delivery and payment processing. They handle your information only to provide that service and may not use it for their own marketing.
- If BaLinda is legally required to respond to a valid court order or a genuine legal request. This has never happened and is not part of how the business runs.
How long we keep it
Trip requests you never followed up on are closed and eventually removed. Active trip records are kept while your travel is being planned and then retained for a reasonable period afterward, because confirmation numbers, payment records and travel documents sometimes need to be checked months later — for example, when a cruise line asks who booked a cabin.
Ask for your record to be deleted and it is deleted, except for anything the law or an open reservation genuinely requires BaLinda to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can ask at any time to see what Infinity Travel has about you, have anything corrected, or have it removed. One email is enough — say your name and email address and what you would like, and BaLinda handles it personally, usually within a few days.
- See the details we hold about you.
- Correct a wrong spelling, phone number or travel date.
- Delete your record and stop all messages.
- Withdraw a deal-alert or newsletter sign-up without booking anything.
Children
This site is not intended to collect information from children under 13. If BaLinda learns that a child's details were submitted, they are deleted as soon as that is noticed.
If this policy changes
If how information is handled ever changes in a way that matters to you, the date at the top of this page is updated and a note is posted here before the change takes effect.
