How VIP access works
Everything you need to know about unlocking member-only rates and what to do if your portal access needs a quick reset.
Where do I find VIP deals after I sign up?
Once you create your free account inside the booking portal, use the search bar at the top of the page. Look for trips tagged with member, insider, or VIP rates — these are exclusive pricing blocks not shown on public travel sites. Filter by destination, dates, and cabin or room type just like any major booking engine.
Why can't I see VIP pricing yet?
New accounts sometimes load public rates first while the system verifies your profile. If you don't see member pricing within a few minutes, log out and back in, or clear your browser cache. Make sure you registered using the same email you used when you first clicked through from Infinity Travel.
Do I have to pay to unlock VIP rates?
No. Creating the account is free. VIP and member-only rates are included as part of booking through Infinity Travel's advisor portal. You only pay when you actually book a trip, ticket, or insurance plan.
What if the portal says access isn't available in my area?
Some regions restrict certain inventory. If you see an access message, close that tab and tap the 'Book now' button again from this page — it routes you through Infinity Travel's approved entry point. Still stuck? Text or email BaLinda and she'll send you a direct, working access link within one business day.
Can I book for my family or group from one account?
Yes. After signing in, you can search and book for multiple travelers under one account. For groups of 8 or more, or if anyone needs accessibility or pet accommodations, use the 'Request personal quote' option so BaLinda can secure group rates and blocked rooms.
Is my booking protected and supported?
Every self-booking made through the portal is credited to Infinity Travel, which means you get advisor support before, during, and after travel. You can also add travel insurance directly from this page to protect your investment.
