A $25 research fee unlocks the full plan; approved supplier deposits secure your reservation. Everything is written down before you commit.

Departure
Documents, packing lists, and check-in reminders arrive on schedule. In-destination we're a text away for restaurant swaps, weather calls, or emergencies.

Debrief
Home safe. We follow up, capture what worked, and start dreaming about next year — VIP list members get first look at seasonal ideas.

What does the $25 research & consult fee cover?
It funds real research time on your trip — supplier holds, itinerary drafts, and a personalized quote. It's applied toward your trip once you book, and it filters out casual pricing calls so paying clients get real attention.
Do you offer Flex Pay or payment plans?
Yes. Most preferred suppliers (Sandals, Excellence, Virgin Voyages, and major cruise lines) offer low-deposit payment plans. We build the plan into your written itinerary so there are no surprises.
Can you help with accessibility needs, mobility, or medical considerations?
Balinda is an MSN, RN — clinical background, travel fluency. We arrange accessible rooms, wheelchair-friendly excursions, dialysis-compatible ports, dietary accommodations, and medical-clearance guidance where needed.
Do you plan trips for travelers with pets?
Yes — pet-friendly resorts, pet-friendly Florida getaways, and airline pet policy guidance. Ask on the intake form and we'll match options.
How last-minute can you book?
Sometimes as quickly as 72 hours out, depending on supplier inventory. Cruise wave-season and last-minute all-inclusive deals are our sweet spot — check /last-minute for what's live now.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Every itinerary comes with the supplier's cancellation window in writing. Travel insurance is offered on every quote — we recommend it, especially for cruises and international trips.
Is my information private?
Yes. Personal details never appear in public dashboards, and we don't share your email. See the privacy note on the intake form.
Can I still self-book if I don't want a full consult?
Absolutely. The /book page has direct booking links to preferred suppliers — you get supplier pricing, Balinda earns a small referral, and you can upgrade to a full concierge plan anytime.
