The rep playbook

Build big. Stay safe.

These rules protect your business, your team and your reputation. They follow advertising standards in every market where we operate — and they're non-negotiable.

Rule 1

No income claims. Ever.

Never post dollar amounts, screenshots of earnings, 'quit your job' stories, or promises about what someone else will make. You may share your own real experience only with a clear statement that results vary and depend on effort.

Rule 2

No fake urgency.

Countdowns, 'only 3 spots left' and 'ends tonight' are only allowed when literally true. Real deadlines (a group-trip deposit date, a genuine fare expiry) are fine — invented ones end businesses.

Rule 3

Travel first, business second.

Lead with the trips. The business conversation happens when someone asks. This is required in most markets and it's also just better marketing.

Rule 4

No cold pitches.

No unsolicited DMs or comments pitching the opportunity. Answer questions warmly when people ask — never chase strangers.

Rule 5

Respect group rules.

Many Facebook travel groups ban recruiting and even business posts entirely. Read the rules of every group before posting. Your own profile and your own groups are the safe places.

Rule 6

One brand: Infinity Travel.

Public posts, pages and profiles say Infinity Travel only. Partner, host and supplier company names stay out of public marketing.

International markets

Only recruit in countries where the business is officially open, and always use market-approved materials. A quick guide:

United Kingdom

Recruiting content must not be the first thing a stranger sees. UK advertising standards treat income claims especially strictly — share experiences, never projections.

Ireland

Direct-selling advertising rules apply. Keep posts travel-first and use only approved wording for any business content.

Germany

Germany has strict advertising and direct-selling laws. Use only approved, market-specific materials — never translate or create your own recruiting content for Germany without approval.

Canada

Provincial rules vary. Travel-first content is always safe; business content should use approved wording and never include earnings examples.

The 10-second check before you post

  • Does this post mention any dollar amount or income result? If yes — rewrite it.
  • Is any urgency in this post literally, verifiably true? If not — remove it.
  • Would a stranger see travel value here before any business mention? If not — reorder it.
  • Am I posting this somewhere the rules allow it? Check the group rules first.
  • Does it say Infinity Travel and only Infinity Travel? Remove any other company name.
  • Would I be comfortable if this post were shown to a regulator? If not — don't post it.

Find intent, not desperation

Money trouble is never a reason to reach out. Look for people who say things like "I love travel", "I want to start something", "How do you become a travel advisor?" or "I'm always planning everybody's vacations."

Never open with "Join my team." Try: "I saw you're really into travel. Have you ever thought about the business side of it?" If yes: "What interests you more — selling travel, building a business, or just how it all works?" Listen, then offer the overview.
