How Flex Pay works — fees, timing & limitsRead

Flex Pay lets you split the balance of a qualifying booking into scheduled installments so you can travel now and pay over time. The $25 consult today is billed in full and is not part of a Flex Pay plan.

What it applies to

  • The final balance of your itinerary (after the $25 consult is credited).
  • Most cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and packaged vacations.
  • Bookings above the supplier's minimum (typically $300+).

Timing

  • A deposit is due at booking to lock your reservation.
  • Installments are auto-scheduled between booking and final payment.
  • Final payment is required 45–90 days before travel (varies by supplier).

Fees

  • No interest is added by Infinity Travel.
  • Third-party financing providers (e.g., Uplift, Affirm) may charge interest — always disclosed before you accept.
  • A card processing fee may apply to installments paid by credit card.

Limits & things to know

  • Availability depends on the supplier, destination, and travel date.
  • Missed installments may cancel your reservation and forfeit deposits per supplier terms.
  • Flex Pay is not available on last-minute departures inside the final-payment window.
  • Refunds follow the supplier's cancellation policy; travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Your advisor will confirm the exact Flex Pay schedule, provider, and any fees in writing before you authorize the booking deposit.
